High Performance & Energy Efficiency
Dinamica uses a CNC-controlled servo-mechanical punching system with 20 or 30 ton capacity and a Siemens CNC controller, delivering high precision, reliability, and up to 60% lower energy consumption compared to conventional hydraulic machines.
Rigid Construction & Advanced Tooling
The heavy-duty O-frame, fully annealed after welding, ensures tight tolerances, distortion-free parts, and perfect tool alignment for long-term durability. A thick turret tooling system with high-precision auto-index stations (D station) provides excellent guidance, extended tool life, and supports complex forming such as lances, louvers, and embossing.
Flexible Production & Automation Options
A large brush table enables low-noise, scratch-free punching without secondary finishing. Dinamica is available in multiple working sizes and can be equipped with a wide range of loading and unloading systems to meet diverse production requirements.
